"I had a long due pedicure, my nails were long and brittle . Deluxe: $70 before tip. I made an appointment. I wanted it with Pam, because of the glowing reviews. Kim got to do my pedicure and Pam had to rushly step in and cut 2 of my ingrown toenails. Anytime I asked for something, I've been pushed back: later, later... I felt like a total imposition and what I got was not what I wanted: I got longer toenails, square (which I don't like - I like round shape) and had to ask for sparkly polish (which is what I chose in the first place). I felt like an imposition! A $70 rushed imposition. I went there because of the pictures of beautiful nail designs. I'm sure Pam can do those, but there is no interest in good service. All in all, a subpar experience. It takes ability/skill and Willingness- I did not see a glimmer of Willingness during my 45 min there."
