"I love this target! Their shelves are always well stocked, the employees are friendly and helpful, and the layout of the store is easy to maneuver. In my opinion this is the best target in the wider Seattle area"
"Out of all the Targets I’ve been to this is my least favorite. Everything is locked up, went to buy new face wash, had to wait for an employee, then they had to stand there while I read the bottles. Went to buy laundry detergent and it was locked too. Didn’t want to wait again, so put the face wash down, walked to Sephora to buy face wash then Safeway to buy laundry detergent. Which took less time. I’ve become so annoyed with what’s locked up, I’m just buying stuff on Grove/Amazon. Then when I want a Target exclusive item I wait until I need to go to Bellevue/Gig Harbor. The bathrooms are always disgusting. Bins always piled up high and over-flowing on the floor, so people start making trash piles on the floor. What looks like poo and period blood isn’t an unusual site on floors/walls. The bathrooms are pretty clean at other Targets, I don’t understand."
"I ordered a Christmas gift on line for $64.34 which I needed to return to the Target store. When I took it in to return it, I was refunded only $54.34, and told that there was a $10 promotional gift card that had been emailed to me when I made the online order and that that amount was withheld from my refund. I told the service person that I didn't want the gift card, that I had not been aware that the "promotional" card was one I would be charged for if I returned to item I ordered. I told the service person I was very unhappy with this deceptive practice and shocked that Target would be so deceptive and not provide a full refund. She said I should have known that when I made the online order, but could not show me anything from my order that said I could not get a full refund. I told her that I would not be shopping at Target again, and will let my friends and family know of this deceptive practice on behalf of your company. I'm shocked that Target is willing to lose a customer over $10! When I called the general Target Customer Service number I was told the same thing. Finally, after 20 minutes of arguing with me, the Cust. Service rep. offered me an additional $10 gift card, which I accepted as my only recourse. I will not be shopping at Target again! I thought you had a good reputation and were a valuable community business; I don't think this any longer!"
"All of the laundry detergent is locked in glass cabinets. Waiting on an associate for something that is too big to easily steal is ridiculous. Does Issaquah really have a problem with laundry detergent theft? And they locked it all up, not just the pods. I’d rather pay a little more next door at Safeway than wait for detergent."
