"I went yesterday on 11/25 evening and was told only cash !!! I called today and was told only cash and guy just hung up on me on 11/26 2pm!!! Two days in a row cash only!! No credit cards or debit . Weird to me !! Maybe workers stealing money lol Giving the wrong prices .. will never shop here!!!"

"On Sunday March 13, 2022 - I purchased 17 t-shirts and 2 caps from Just Sports (not the one next to T-Mobile). Upon returning home I check the receipt only to find I was charge over double on 5 of the shirts. So I returned to the store and showed the employee the receipt and the price tags. He had a look at it and said there was nothing he could do as that was the price that came up on the scan. I said that surely if you have items with a price on them you are legally obligated to sell them at that price. Again he said there was nothing more he could do. He asked if I would like a refund and I said just refund me the items I was over charged. Which then became another issue as 2 of the items were not on the receipt but there were 2 items on the receipt that I did not purchase. He then started to get agitated and said that this was taking too long and he needed to close the store so he could go on his lunch break. At the end of the day I just got a refund for the whole amount. I don't know what the issue was, either he just couldn't be bothered to sort the issue out or didn't know how to. But very unprofessional and terrible customer service on his part."

"The employees were so helpful & seemed to work really good together.They have a great selection, but the shoes I wanted for myself were sold out so, I thought it was really cool that they ordered them for me right there. I just paid for them & I will receive them in only a couple days at my house. They were so attentive to my daughter & she is one of those hard to shop for types. They made it very easy and my shopping experience way better."
