"So I never got my hair done by this salon d/t the hairdresser canceling on me for an emergency day of… understandable. She said she would get back to me as soon as possible to rebook. Well that was last month and she never reached back out to me. I understand things pop up but at least follow through? Sucks because I have a 4 month old and had to find a baby sitter for my hair. Just a new mom who wanted some self care. I don’t recommend do to lack of professionalism."

"I made a hair color fix and full foil highlights appointment with Alisha Shaw at The Blue Sparrow Salon. She was so on top of things that Alisha actually texted me before my appointment to make sure she understood my hair goals and what I was looking to do. When I walked in, she already had a plan and this was my first visit. Alisha talked me through each step of the process and recommended products that will work best for my hair and styling needs. I left feeling like I got exactly what I wanted and comfortable making future appointments knowing that my hair is in good hands. I also had my brows waxed and lashes tinted. Emily did an excellent job! She was welcoming and made every effort to make a common salon service feel like a spa treatment in her separate space from the styling floor. This was my first lash tinting experience and it was positive! I am looking forward to skipping the mascara for a while. Thanks! :)"
