"The two new female dentists that took over the practice are judgemental, money mongers who don't actually listen to the needs of their clients OR look at legal details on paper. Nor do they have the ability to remain calm, logical and fair. I originally returned to this clinic for a different dentist who was no longer there, but I needed emergency service and the staff was always so friendly!! Apparently that friendly attitude is just a front. I made the mistake of being vulnerable, because they made me feel welcome like family. Turns out, they don't care. One of the employees even pointed out that maybe the dentist's ignorant attitude was because she was "conservative", but then turned around and decided I was harassing her instead, so they canceled my plan. Also, if you need periodontal maintenance, don't go there. They only offer deep scaling and have you do it every 5 months. I found a different dentist that day that does scaling and then a MUCH CHEAPER Perio Maintenance cleaning between scaling. Sunrise told me I no longer could recieve regular cleanings period and that scaling was the only option. Watch your wallets and your mental health with this place, and definitely don't trust that bubbly attitude at first!!! What a shame.. I really thought I'd found a great dental clinic.."
