"Had a great experience at Today’s dentistry as a new patient! I called to schedule a new patient exam and they were able to get me in pretty soon. From the front office staff to the hygienist and Dr, everyone was very welcoming, kind and friendly! Especially thank you Kelsey who took my xrays and the cleaning was done very gently. As for the exam, I think the Dr could’ve been a little more thorough in taking the time to address all of his findings and my overall understanding of my concerns, especially since it was my first visit. "Hi! This is going to sound cheesy, but I was so happy when I left the office on my last visit which was my first visit at Today's Dentistry. I used to see Dr Barber at Smiles Dental, and she made such a different to my life. I have such a nice smile now and feel self-confident and dare I say... pretty. During the pandemic I lost track of her and ended up not seeing a dentist for over a year and half whereas I used to be a routine 6-month cleaning type of person. When I finally found her again, I immediately booked an appointment. Dr Barber said she saw my name on the list of appointments was excited to see I was coming in. She even remembered specifics about and my story, and when she came into the room, she mentioned it. These might sound like small things, but they are big to me. You just don't find this kind of treatment in most places anymore. This feels like a part of what was lost during the pandemic is back to normal. Here's the cheesy part.... I cried all the way home and had to call my sister to tell her about it. My heart was honestly touched by the way I was treated back before the pandemic and now again.
