"If I could change this to ZERO STARS, I would. Look, if you're on state insurance, do not put yourself through this. I was completely lied to, misdiagnosed, and then my insurance was charged for services I didn't even receive. Without wasting time with details that don't matter, this place will not do anything for you besides slowly pull your teeth out and demand thousands of dollars for it. AppleCare users, run away from this place. Don't just take my word for it either, read on about the horror people have gone through during this clinics procedures...no way they're touching my teeth ever again. This doctor should be reported"
"If I could leave 0 stars I would, this place is absolutely horrible. I came in for a cleaning and i had a cavity on one of my top molars that i needed taken care of. They told me they would have to schedule my filling for a different day than the cleaning which was fine. I came back a week after my cleaning to have my cavity filled and he starts filing other teeth in my mouth and filling smaller cavities i didn’t even know i had. When he’s done, he gets up and starts saying bye to me. I have to literally remind him that he didn’t even touch the tooth i came in for, so he seemed irritated with me and goes back in my mouth. he starts FILING HALF MY TOOTH AWAY IN UNDER 2 minutes. it’s hurting and burning so bad and he just aggressively shoves a filling up there. A year later and I still can’t even eat on that side of my mouth he exposed my nerves. Horrible dentist!"
"This was the worst dental experience I've ever had. The X-rays took longer than the "cleaning" by the hygienist and Dr. COMBINED! The instruments looked black, y'all. BLACK!!! Even the paper wrapper the tools sat on looked old, like they just take the tools out of bactricide and just put them on top of the sanitary wrap paper to make it look like they were cleaned in an autoclave. I was relieved when he prescribed a mouthwash that will hopefully kill whatever they just infected me with. I have over 40k of dental work in my mouth. Some good, some bad, yet still, this was the worst excuse for a dental service I've ever experienced. The health department should send in an undercover to see what's really going on there. I've reported them to the state insurance. Upon reading the reviews here, there is an obvious bias."
"We came here based on the recommendation of a friend after visiting several other dentists. I felt the office was friendly, clean, and welcoming. The dentist took extra time to reassure my husband, check his teeth, and explain what needed to be done in a constructive way. The dental assistants and office girls were so kind and competent. I saw one dental assistant go into the lobby and spend several minutes talking to a non-English speaker to help him understand the insurance, cost, and procedures. The dentist and staff seem to genuinely care. If you need quality dental care and are sick of treated poorly, I’d say give APY a chance."
"I don’t usually write reviews, but this place was infuriating. Scamming and harming patients. First, rubbed a little fluoride on and called it a “cleaning.” Then the X-ray machine has a loose wire hanging out (like, in your mouth)??? Went in for excruciating molar pain and it wasn’t addressed at all—he kept working on the wrong side and left as soon as he hit the painful area. Didn’t offer any explanation about what was wrong or when to fix it. Then heard him tell the front desk to prescribe amoxicillin, which wasn’t what he said in the exam (said nothing about an infection, just fillings??). Left confused and unheard, and in even more pain. Don’t trust them to perform actual dental care. Place needs to be shut down."
