"They seem like nice people and the price isn't to bad, they also seem to do a decent job. They have some fixing to do (A bit of hypocrisy on their part) 1: I had an appointment and all text messages and documentation to prove it, I was also 10 min early. They had no record of my appointment and then had to schedule a new appointment 2 weeks later. Here is the hypocrisy: If I were to come in 10 minutes early and cancel my appointment they have a policy that they would charge me for it. So they can do it to you, but not the other way. Either way I got penalized for it since I had to again take time off work and lost money. Stuff happens I know, but you need to be fair both ways. 2: This happens everywhere but it shouldn't. When you make an appointment and they ask you to come in 10 min early, but then you sit for 20 min. I understand you have patients to attend to, but my time is just as valuable as yours. Overall the place is clean, they seem nice."
