"I started going here in 2008 when I lived nearby, I stop in every time I'm in town, and they're still the best nail salon I've found in Portland, Ann Arbor, and downtown Chicago. My nails are flawless, and the nail tech steered me away from a bad color choice. Remembering the great recommendations Hu gave me years ago, and after listening to them talking to another client, I wish I had just asked any one of them to pick a color for me; they really know their business. At least two of the nail techs there this time were there 15 years ago when I first started going there. I'm so happy to see that this deserving business with its fantastic professional nail techs made it through Portland's difficult economic challenges."

"I asked for a dip mani and chose a medium pink...she only put a few layers on and you can literally see my nail beds through the dip....I guess she didn't know how to do them? Sad bc I wanted a relaxing mani to destress and instead I paid $50 for half done nails:("

"I am so sad. I was having a bad day, so I thought getting my nails done here would be great. It was not. My nails are incredibly uneven, took over 2 hours, clumsily filed... Not to mention that they filed so hard that I yelped in pain from the friction. I will never go here again. There were no beautician licenses in sight, which is very alarming, and not surprising, considering the lack of quality I recieved. I was charged $40 for a service that is disgraceful. I want my money back."
