"VERY rude. Please believe the reviews saying they are rude because they are. The place was empty…like not a customer in sight and we tried getting two pedicures and they gave us a hard time, this is my second encounters with rude nails salons on N Williams. They also do not do acrylics, so don’t waste your time. Saying hello to people trying to spend money with you should be a given but the woman with chin length black hair literally exudes darkness. So do not give them your business. They do not deserve it."

"I'm giving it three stars because the first time I went I loved it except for the attitude the main nail gave me. “Do you want to do your Mani at the same time or not?” but the service was great. The person doing my mani was very sweet and caring. The person doing my Pedi really seemed to care. This Mani Pedi lasted about a month before I went back to switch colors and get them done again. But now the second time I went it was horrible. Horrible! It was the mani nail techs who was completely rude and rolled their eyes when I asked to only file my nails in one direction versus back and forth as that allows cracks into the nail bed. And like the other posts the nail polish was old and when my nail polish was done on my toes, they were so bad that my husband asked, “Didn't you just get your toes done? The nail polish is peeling off” My finger nail gel polish didn't even last a week before it started peeling off. Smh and I paid $100 for this Mani and Pedi. Sorry but not worth it and also they don't provide the little bag with supplies. They use the same things with everyone. And on top of that, they pressure you to give them a tip as if they deserve it for just doing your nails regardless of how unprofessional or rude they have been. Yeah, I'm not going back."

"I go here twice a month for a pedicure. They always get me in within 15 minutes of when I call and they do a Fabulous job! My pedicure always lasts till grow out and doesn't chip. Thank you Mother Earth!"

"Worst pedicure ever. The nail polish was old, it started to peel as it was applied. No massage or hot towel on my legs. Did not cut the nails short, as I requested. When my husband and I arrived we were the only ones there. Later another woman and daughter came in, three technicians started to work with them. We will never go back. I don't like to give a bad review, but this one was awful."

"Rude and apparently didn't want to be working. Sloppy service, made both my daughter and I bleed, and pushed us to leave before our nails were dry; and there were only 3 other people in the salon. Won't go back."
