"First and last time I ever enter this store. They have a solid inventory but everything was overpriced. I came in cause I needed a basic end plate/ castle nut for my AR15, the employee went to the back to ask the owner and he brought out what I needed in a plastic zip lock baggy (clearly not new) I hesitantly paid the $30 they wanted cause I was in a pinch. (you can buy both the castle nut/ end plate online NEW for less than $10.) When I got it home to install I realized it had staking marks on the castle nut from already being installed on another firearm. Definitely won't be back here. I'd recommend anyone to take their business about 2 miles up the road to South Sound Guns where they actually know proper customer service and don't rip off their customers."
"Been here twice now and both times left with a new gun. They have a great selection of not only firearms but gear as well. The staff is awesome and they all have good conversation. I do not mind at all fighting the traffic from federal way to get there and would highly recommend to check this place out if you haven’t already!"
"I drive all the way from the heart of Seattle to Let Freedom Ring LLC sometimes several times a week because the store is just that good. The selection is top notch. Josh the owner is great. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Check them out. You'll leave happy. Shout out to Isiah, Anthony, Steve, and Josh for the top quality service every time."
"I bought an AR-15 here for a little over $1400. It's a long barrel with Mlok rails, came with a fancy reflex optic, front vert grip with 3" picatinny rail, upgraded butt stock, custom image engraved in lower, upgraded pistol grip, and flip up fiber optic iron sights. I also got a free magazine and T-shirt. The guys at the store were great, fun atmosphere and lots of cool stuff in the shop besides guns. My wife bought a concealed carry purse and my son got a lovely belt buckle. That being said, they do have a large selection of rifles and shotguns and quite a few nice handguns as well. We have been back to the store once since we bought the AR-15 and other items and the staff were, once again, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. At the range, the AR-15 performed beautifully. My whole family shot it after we zeroed the sight in, which was a breeze bc we zeroed it to the iron sights before we got to the range, which ended up being quite accurate without any adjustment. All in all, we had a great experience in the shop, during the purchasing process and with our new rifle at the range. We are very happy with our purchases here and would recommend this shop to anyone, particularly if they're looking for an AR-15."
"Purchased their customized AR last Aug. It was approximately $ 1,100.00 as far as I remember. The Upper part was $700 ish. On top of that I purchased a optic from them ( manufactured by let freedom ring llc). My AR pistol (7.62*39) kept jamming. Like every three rounds. Brace keep moving while shooting forward and backward. Cam pin was not popping out while fully stripped cleaning. Charging handle did not move. While zeroing the reticle of the optic only moved one way. No way to move back where it was positioned. Which made it impossible to zero. So I smashed it with a hammer and throw it away. Also, The feed ramp of the upper does not look like it is designed for 7.62*39. It is narrow as that of 5.56*45. That could the reason of jamming? Last time I went to the store to remove cam pin from bcg, I talked to the owner. When I described the problem, The owner said it was manufactured wrong. And then he asked me where did I buy the bcg. I had to try my best to understand what is going on. So I replied I bought this bcg from you. Then He suddenly took the bcg to back space of the store and came out in a minute. Looked like he used some tools to remove the cam pin. And told me go shooting to break in. It looked obvious that it was not about breaking in though. To fix these bunch of issues, I went to the store a couple of times. And soon I got annoyed and tired of with this so called customized AR pistol. So, Purchased a new uppers from midway USA and PSA to see how things work with my lower from this store. That worked good. The problem was the upper. All these happened in a time frame of 2 months. Now I have been thinking where can I use this useless upper. Should I use it to grill sausages? Anyway, I do not use this upper anymore. Taking a look at other reviews, I noticed that ppl left good reviews are obviously new to firearms I guess. TLDR: Their product is ridiculously bad."
