First of all, it took FOREVER to get someone to help and when I finally did she brought out 9ne pair of the four I wanted to try on and disappeared. I found her helping out another lady so I waited only to not be able to find her again so I just left. I went looking at other stores but came back to get a pair I really liked. This time it took me waving down someone to get my size and after I found them, I bought them and left. I will NOT be going back to this Big 5!"

"Based on my experiences here, the store is pretty organized for the most part. Customer service has been fine. Outside the store has been pretty dirty with trash, etc. (not necessarily at the fault of the store itself, but the people I've observed loitering around on various occasions). Overall, would recommend and would return."

"Probably the largest Big5 I've seen. Super we'll stocked and organized. The manager seemed less knowledgeable about things than I've seen in other outlets. Kind of felt like... Mmm.. I dunno, just one of those feelings like when you get the impression someone doesn't want to engage really. Didn't get any warm fuzzy vibe. I actually expect a manager to be well versed and a product line knowledge expert. I'm sure they're paid well, so, they should be and I really didn't get that impression so I fell short on asking anything further."
