"I am deeply disappointed with our experience with this business. We had to go here for our son'so baseball team gear. First, I placed an order at the beginning of my son's season for an item. A couple weeks later we were informed by his coach, not All Pro, the item was unavailable. So the weekend before the start of the season we were frantically shopping at Dick's Sporting Goods and luckily got what we needed. Then, we placed an order for his team jacket. No sizing information on the website and nobody answers their phone. So, I placed the order for the size my son normally wears and it was literally an adult size. It is so big he can't wear it for at least 2 years. I emailed the company twice about what they cod do to fix the problem as I now have a $50 jackety son can't wear. After 2 emails 0 response from the company. I would definitely not recommend this business to anyone. Terrible website and terrible customer service."

"Cant give a (0 ) so have to give this company a 1 just to make a review. All Pro doesn't stand behind their product . Our small school raised over $4700 to purchase new uniforms that were guaranteed by All Pro to be great quality and design in a fast time frame. When asked to produce a sample prior to ordering we were told they had no samples and didnt even offer to acquire any as requested. We trusted Allpro . Uniforms arrive in promised time frame but the quality was so poor that our athletes couldn't even wear them. The material was see through, non stretchable (not a design for runners) the shorts were uncomfortable and extremely short for boys almost embarrassing , besides the gaping in the liner made it unpleasant to wear. The athletes, coaches and parents were so disappointed because they had worked so hard to raise the money and were not able to compete in them. When contacted by 3 different representatives from the school All Pro would not resolve the issues and said they couldn't and wouldn't do anything for us. Basically took the money to the bank and said so long !! When meetings were scheduled ( the owner) didnt even attempt to show and represent his company which is totally unprofessional . Our representatives were discussed at the rudeness of the manager during the meeting, He told them that it was a waste of their time to come in that again that Allpro would not do anything to resolve the uniform issue. When asked if he felt the uniforms were quality the manager said yes, when asked if he had any other customers that he had order these uniforms for he said NO. How can you represent a product and say its quality when you have never seen the product before?? Beware of using this company for ANYTHING, if you do dont pay until you are 100% satisfied !!"
