"Shoes are great (even my cat likes them). Service…uurum. Defiantly room for improvement…unless you fit their rather narrow and specific type,and if not, they do a good job of making you feel like your business is not wanted, which was my experience."

"The shoes are 5 stars, but there is a young sales lady in the retail store who is rude and unprofessional. My mom was shopping for a pair of sneakers, and I asked his young lady to get the size for my mom. I could sense impatience as soon as I asked her for help. She put the box on the bench without saying a word, just walked away. We then told her we liked it, but since they are display shoes (there is a sticker saying "Display" on the box), we asked if we could bother her to get a new pair from the inventory. She got annoyed again and said that it might be the last one in the store. Shortly, she returned with a new box and asked a nice guy to help us with payment. At this point, I was a bit frustrated, however given how busy the store was (Sat. afternoon around 3PM), the lack of customer service was understandable. Later, I spotted a men's sneaker, and I really wanted to try them on. I asked the same lady for my size. Her service and attitude was still disappointing, if not worse. The shoe was perfect for me. I told the lady I wanted them. She immediately grabbed the box from the floor and went straight to the register desk. I noticed she was peeling off some sticker from the box. It seemed like she didn't want me to check the box or items inside the box before I came over to pay. I presumed that was another display shoe. I asked her if it was a display shoe, she said no. And she told me this was the last one in their store. This time, I was completely frustrated with her service and her dishonesty. I took a photo of the label on the box and told her that I would order online instead. Be reminded of this young lady's service when you shop in this retail store located in Bellevue Square. I forgot to ask her name. She is about 5'10 on high heels with white dyed hair. And she has nose hoop ring. I can't be sure if that is how she services all her customers or I am the sole victim because of my color of skin."

"I shouldn’t given any star but the site won’t allow me to do a survey. We were at the Ecco Retail Store in Bellevue Collection to return the shoes for my husband. He’s been using Ecco shoes for almost 30yrs and this is the only particular shoes that changed color. So he decided to return it. First of all we thought nobody was there to assist us. After 10mins a young lady came out and she said she needs to call her supervisor to help us. Jane Davidson came out, didn’t even say hi and seems annoyed by our presence. She gave us a hard time and blaming my husband for applying something on the shoes that’s why the color changed. Like I mentioned my husband is been using Ecco shoes for almost 30yrs and never had a problem. She needs to learn how to treat a customer. Or she is like that because we’re different race."

"I bought a pair of shoes here about a month ago. I’m not sure if the young lady’s name, who helped me with my purchase. She was amazing and kept trying to help find a good pair of shoes even though there was only one pair of size 15 that fit me. I ended up buying them and they are great. I’m glad she convinced me to buy them."

"New to this brand of shoes, but my salesperson was extremely knowledgeable and patient as she helped me find some fantastic new shoes. I liked their dress shoes a lot, too, but need to take dress socks with me in order to get a better feel for them. Also, I have a wide foot and most of the shoes I tried on fit comfortably within a few minutes of wear."
