"Sunday, Nov 12 Met a super rude staff in this store! Janie and Jack has really cute and fancy child clothing items but the attitude of staff in this store is very very bad. I have never seen such bad customer service in this mall. Don’t shop here! Saturday, Dec 2 Gave the store a second chance and this time I had a much better experience. Monica, a young white girl, was very polite and professional. So I guess they do have both bad and good staffs in this store depending on your luck. Thank you Monica for bringing back a customer!"
