"I love the clothes but the staff are extremely annoying. Every time I PICK UP something up I get annoyed if I need help by multiple people rather than one and it’s just too much. I understand it’s someone’s job to do this but I don’t need to be asked BY ALL THE EMPLOYEES. This isn’t even my first time experiencing this it’s EVERY time I walk in I feel like all the workers ask me the same question over and over I just want to be left alone lol. I personally think from the multiple reviews having the same complaint as me it should be fixed."

"Their return policy sucks, clothes too expensive for the price. They won't accept return if the tag was broken as well even if you didn't wear them, however they were ready to exchange. I would stay away from the brand and just shop at Nordstrom."

"The staff and customer service is a complete joke. Upon arriving at the store they ask if you need any assistance. When the time comes for assistance the employees will refuse you service. I asked an employee for a particular style of pants, she had told me they didn’t have that style but she would put something in the back for me to try on. After browsing the store I had found what I was looking for myself. When I went to try on the items there was nothing in the back like she had said. When I had confronted the employee she pretending that she had no idea what I was referring too. Upon checking out the item I was purchasing had been 70% off. When she rang me up it only rang up as 40%. I had asked if they can honor the price listed. The manager came by and told me that because it’s listed as more online they couldn’t honor that price. I was buying the item instore not ordering an online item. I left the item because no store has the right to haggle it’s customers and not honor their own listed price. An absolute disgrace for customer service."

"i came to this establishment to browse and look at their products because i've been having a real hard time lately and haven't left my house as often due to the recent death of my pet ferret. i thought today would be a good chance to finally get out of the house and do a little shopping to cheer myself up but little did i know it would turn out to be one of the worst days of my life. i was having a hard time finding a product i was looking for, so after lots of contemplation, i finally built up the courage to ask an employee to assist me but i would soon find out i was wrong to do so. i managed to speak a couple of words to an employee but after doing so they completely ignored me. i then again spoke to the employee and then was completely and harshly verbally assaulted. i was yelled at to “wait like everybody else” and was also told “it’s always your kind”??? i don't believe there was any reason as to why she did this but after it happened i ran out of the store bawling and broke down in the nordstrom bathroom. it's safe to say i wont be returning"

"This is for the Bellevue Square location. Parking is in the parking structure with ample spots. And you will need to enter into the mall to access the entrance to this store. It is located near the Nordstrom side of the mall to give you a generalized location. The store is very on trend and is catered for the young and young professional women. We came looking for a pair of shoes. We were politely greeted as we entered and asked if they could assist. Let them know the brand, and they immediately knew the shoe I was talking about. Let me know that they may not have that at the store, but would be happy to double check in back or order the pair and have it delivered to me for free for coming in. (Saved me $15 in delivery fees, thanks!) Order the pair with express shiping to deliver in 2-days. She helped spend $220 in 10-minutes, the time it took to ask for my mailing information. And to pay for my gift Midas 5-stars for the excellent professional and quick service. Miidas 5-stars for the cool atmosphere of the store, the cleanliness, and well layout products."
