"Employees don’t like the customers. On Black Friday employee at the cashier told us to wait in a single line then a second cashier opens up and instead taking the next in line they let others cut in. When we said we’ve waiting they said “I didn’t tell you to wait in that line”. Actually you did."

"I love going to this shoe store because they are always stocked and the staff is sooo helpful. Having 3 growing boys I’m buying shoes every 4 months. Who ever is running this place is hiring good people because they are always there to help even when my kids are being super picky. Clean, stocked, always got what I need !!"

"This store is one of our first places to look for when shopping for basketball shoes. They usually have a good selection and they are well staffed so there is pretty much always someone around to help. Looks like they replaced the former House of Hoops section with an infant and toddler section. We found what we needed quickly today and were done in less than 15 minutes."

"Half star if possible Horrible experience at this store. They sold me a lemon… I bought a Nike shoe for my son and once he tried it at home it was too tight with socks on. I returned it to the store 2 days later to exchange for a bigger size and the supposed manager “Alex” refused to take it back. He said it had been worn because the Nike logo was faded ( couldn’t have happened in 2 days, no treads, so obviously sold me a lemon). Mind you this was the exact same condition it was sold to me. Literally one shoe was worn for under a minute before we realized it was too tight. Exact same condition, worn for 30seconds He launched into some story that his manager said No. When we asked for the manager he said he wasn’t there and was FaceTimed and then changes tune to say he was the manager and we could return to another store. I told him he could keep the shoes and do whatever he wanted with it but mistakenly left my receipt. We went back to pick up the receipt and he threatened to call security except we took the shoes with us. At that point my sister who is a lawyer intervened and told him my receipt is mine legally, at which point he gave it back. Buyer beware, they sold me a faded shoe and will probably sell you floor models which you should scrutinize carefully as once you step out of the store they will claim it’s used. They have little foot traffic and will make it impossible to exchange or refund any item they sell to you. I can never ever go to a foot locker store again and I understand why no one goes to foot locker. In bellevue square, horrific customer service by the “manager” ruins the prior decent customer service from other employees."
