"They have a decent in-house selection of suits, casual clothing and accessories. I chose to order some custom made suits which were surprisingly quite reasonably priced. I went on a Sunday which ended up being a busy day so there was a bit of a wait. I eventually was assisted by the store manager…she was great! She was friendly knowledgeable and remained calm and polite even though it was obvious that she was juggling a lot…directing inexperienced staff and assisting multiple customers at the same time. Although my visit lasted a short time past closing, she didn’t not make me feel rushed or burdensome in any way. I found my new Men’s Wearhouse."

"Had a suit rented for my friends wedding. The sales person did not tell me there is a two day return policy. Given the day for travel after the wedding, it is really a one day return policy. My wife is currently 8 months pregnant and we also have a 1 year old, on top of working full time. Ended up with a huge late fee because I didn’t return the suit on time. Sales person could have simply told me the policy making it easy for me to work around everything else I have going on. Instead I got a huge charge for a cheap suit. Horrible customer service. Will not use again."
