"I’ve bought my last 5 pairs of boots here. Each pair has lasted me 1-2 years. I get the same kind every time I buy. Recently bought my last set about a month ago and they’re falling apart. Called and asked about warranty and they said I’d have to come in to see if it’s covered. I drive out of my way to their store after work. They ask me to take my boot off so they can look at it. I take it off and as soon as it’s off they ask if I have a receipt. No I don’t have a receipt, who’s gonna hold on to the receipt for 1+years. Every time I buy a pair they take down my information and what boot i bought. Long story short, unable to help me. So now I’m out $190. Will be buying boots from somewhere else now."

Sales staff isn't pushy and are very helpful if you ask, so nice for introverts and extroverts. Prices are very reasonable and if you need it they can order your size for you."
