"I could not reach anyone at the retail store. You get a message to email the help desk...they sent me the wrong bolts. Similar but not the same as I ordered. I ordered gold independent cross bolt hardware. Instead they sent me the precision hardware. And there are no gold bolts in the package, just gold nuts. It advertised 6 black and 2 gold. Instead I got 8 black. These are not the bolts I ordered. This was supposed to be a re-order. I received the correct bolts a week ago. Also I noticed the company is different. All I did was re-order a previous order. I think Amazon out sourced this to another company. I'm not happy. If you don't have cross bolts don't advertise them and switch them with something else. Here is a pic."

"Super shady experience! I purchased a pair of converse, but they were too big by a half size. So I asked for a return and was told in the rudest tone possible that the purchase was final sale, even though it was never labeled so next to the price or on my receipt. Turns out in tiny print waaaaaaay down the screen they say that all sale prices are final sale. We’re talking so small they had to highlight it in the email and it required me to scroll down three screens. Now I’m stuck with a pair of too big Converse and they’ve pocketed my money. I just wonder how many other people they’ve worked this final sale bit on. Do NOT by from them!"
