"Seemingly the only late night option during the week on the waterfront- so bonus points! Huge menu with no nonsense bar food. Tasty and reliable. Service is great, interior is clean, and ambiance is relaxing. Will return!"

"This place was busy for a Sunday morning. I went with a large group (10 people) and we ended up spending over 2 and a half hours here. Our waiter was great and I enjoyed the atmosphere. I ordered the Monte Cristo and it was ok. The entire sandwich was dunked into a French toast batter which made it spongey. The inside was soft and melty though and paired nicely with the raspberry jam. The grapes on the side weren’t washed so I didn’t feel safe eating them. The peachy mimosa was delicious. I don’t think I would come here again unless a friend really wanted to, in which case I’d definitely order something else."

"I thought this place was fine. The food was okay, I've had better and much worse. The hashbrowns were the star of the show being nice and crispy. I did an omellete and it was average. The cappuccino was rich and good. The tap water was absolutely awful but I'm understanding that is a city water issue and not this place specifically, a restaurant down the street has the same taste in the water."

"We were visiting Vancouver and ended up eating at 13 Coins more than once. My husband had the sausage and cheese omelette with spicy sausage. He said it was probably the best omelette he’s ever had. Everything we had there was good. We’ll go back next time we’re in Vancouver!"

"Down on the waterfront on the other side of the El Gaucho Steakhouse is a very high end French Waffle House themed diner with very reasonable prices, luxury furniture and atmosphere, with charming waiters and waitresses. They even have a private meeting conference room and a second floor bar area with a darker and dimed light kind of atmosphere. All the breakfast food and drinks I've tried are top notch. They have a large menu of breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert's, and drinks! They are also open for long hours of the day during the week. Will definitely be returning to try more of the menu!"
