"They repaired my 2019 Honda Insight after it got hit. I had given the insurance companies pictures of the damage and the insurance made an estimate. After seeing the great reviews here, I called H&I. I scheduled a quick visit with them so they could validate that the estimate was reasonable and scheduled a time for them to repair it. Yuchu warned me upfront that there was likely going to be some internal damage that the insurance company didn't account for. When I took the car in for the repair visit, they had worked with the insurance company to get the additional damages covered and the rental car extended. They finished the work well before the rental car was going to be due. The repairs look great to me, and they went above and beyond to take care of things I wasn't expecting them to. The best part was that Yuchu brought out their dog to wave bye to me. It brought a smile to my face. I feel the people at H&I are willing to go the extra mile and care about making their customers happy. I wouldn't hesitate to bring them more business."

Few years ago, they did a wonderful job on our BMW, and this time we went straight to them, not even looking for competing estimates.
