"I waited one hour before I got service and then it took one hour 20 minutes to do a simple oil change. The worst part is the technician doesn't know how to change the oil in a Toyota Tacoma. He should have put a cup below the oil filter to collect the spill but he didn't and that caused oil to spill around that area. He also placed the dirty oil fill cap on the fuse box and left greasy milky marks on it. The fender covers are very dirty and there were greasy marks all over the fenders and on the front of the truck. The greasy marks where the magnets sat on the fenders were extremely difficult to get rid of even after numerous washes using car wash detergent you can still see the marks. Also, they mistook me for someone else and got my truck mixed up with someone else's truck. My truck is a 2013 Tacoma and not a 2010 Toyota Tacoma. Lastly, they didn't ask me what kind of oil or service I needed before starting to work on my truck. When the bill came, I was shocked by the cost."

I needed to attach my new disability license plates to my car, but because of my disability, that would have been painful and slow. I arrived right at closing, and one of those sweet guys took several minutes, after-hours, to install the plates. And he didn't charge me anything for it. I "

"Amazing service! very quick, knowledgeable, trustworthy. Had a synthetic blend oil change. There were 4 in line before me but I was greeted and advised of the wait & time frame in a quick efficient manner. Was shown two of my air filters, one not recommended to change, the other was definitely in need of a change, which was offered but not in way high pressure sales way that makes you uncomfortable. Highly recommend."
