"Excellent, I was greeted right away and helped throughout the process. Although time wasn't a huge factor for me that morning, it was nice that I was in and out within an hour. The main issue for the visit seemed to fix itself, but I got the oil changed and the tires rotated so it wasn't a wasted trip. Honestly if I lived closer I would come here all the time, I have had the best experiences with sales and now with service when it comes to my car. It's a great place!!"

"I’m very happy with my recent visit to Weston Buick GMC. First and foremost my service advisor, Jade, was courteous and professional throughout my two visits to the dealership. I travel extensively for work, and consequently I’ve been to GMC dealerships all over the country for service with my 2019 Canyon Denali. At times, it is a chore to get my truck in for an oil change and/or repair; this was not the case at all during my visit to Weston GMC in Gresham, OR. I usually take my truck to Carr GMC in Vancouver, as it is closer to me. I have nothing bad to say about that dealership, aside from the fact that their quick lane appointments are often several weeks out. With Weston, I was able to make an oil change appointment online for the very next day. For my follow up visit to replace a faulty diesel particulate filter, I requested on short notice to reschedule the appointment and Jade had no problem taking care of that for me. You can’t beat that level of convenience. I will be making the trip to Gresham in the future for my oil changes and service needs. Weston not only has better prices on a diesel oil change, they have also provided me with what I would consider an exemplary experience with my service advisor, Jade.
