"Was expecting bearucratic nightmare and long waits. Instead had a wonderful experience. Their website allows you to see live cameras of the facility to check how long the wait is. I went early in the morning and there was no wait. Both the gate attendent and the tester were incredibly efficient and helpful. The tester in particular was a great conversationalist who was telling stories for the few minutes we had to wait, without making the test take any longer."
