"I just got an oil change and everyone was friendly and efficient. But after paying a fair amount of money AND mentioning that I was relieved to be getting this done because I knew my car needed work including air in the tires, they failed to check tire pressure and fill them up. One of my tires is practically flat and with a small baby and my husband in the hospital I am so disappointed to have to go to a gas station to fill up my tires. I believe they claim on their website that tire pressure is routinely checked during oil changes. I had a babysitter come over so I could finally get my car taken care of. Really a bummer."

"Not sure his name but thank you for attendant that help me with windshield wipers, they didn't have the ones I needed, but told me go another place which had them , but couldn't install, went back to Valvoline and installed for free. 5 star best customer service ever."

"As a worker at a shop these are annoying to get off and deform due to how they are shown to put on filters Below is a normal filter vs theirs It is almost always deformed during the process to take it off due to how they put it on"

"Overall service was fine for my 2012 rav4, but technician unplugged the air filter hose and never plugged it back in. Only reason I found out was because my check engine light, trac off, and 4wd lights popped on the next day when I went to work. Did a little youtube and found out it was the filter hose."

I drove almost 30 minutes out of my way because the location closest to my house I have had horrible experiences with. I will be back to this one!"
