"Terrible service. I tried to return some shoes within a few days of my online order arriving. The shoes appeared to have been worn. The manager was rude and not helpful at all. He just kept saying over and over that he doesn’t take worn shoes and didn’t seem to care they arrived in that condition. He then said all shoes are checked before they are shipped, but clearly that had not happened in my case. He continued to be unhelpful and talk to me like I was beneath him. Will never go back to that store!"

"I got a gift from my friend Feb 5th 2023 which was their newer boski pink ombré loafers. The sole part literally peeled off the 3rd time I wore them. I went in to exchange for exact same ones since I loved them just couldn’t believe how quickly they wore out as I have bought way cheaper shoes before and never have had that problem. Carlos the Mgr ordered me new ones. Ok I place the order march 6th. New ones arrive and same thing! I call Carlos and his response was “just call customer service since we can’t keep exchanging them” ok thanks for not wanting to help me and turn me away and have me on hold with customer service for now 30 minutes. I have also contacted their “robot” online who lets see how long that takes. I have worked in customer service forever and also manage and let me tell you how I have given way better and faster customer service to my guest especially when it comes to something being defective! Plus I do have the receipts. Never shopping there again. Will not recommend poor quality shoes for such high price."

"I visited this store searching for a pair of booted heels to wear as a guest to a wedding. I brought the dress with me and had taken it out of the bag, and immediately, the loveliest salesperson, Andy, commented on how pretty it was and complimented my choice on the shoes. I was so appreciative that Andy was attentive without being overbearing and supportive without being pushy. They listened to all my concerns [I am not accustomed to wearing heels and I was going to be in a cold climate, hence the boots] and helped me select some arch support...insert things to keep me comfortable, as well as wipes to keep them clean while traveling. I appreciated the confidence boost Andy gave me so much!"
