"Would not recommend this service center. On my last service I was told the next one if major and would cost over 1k-1.5k. I recently got my car serviced from elsewhere and they said everything on my car was perfect and it just needed an oil change and NOTHING else needs a change! My last service they didn't even notice the rusted rotors and I had to come back a week after to have them checked and they charged me the price of new ones but to just fix the old rotors. I do not recommend this place. Unnecessarily change parts that do not need to and overcharge."

"Watch out. Worst customer service ever. Horrible attitude and they could care less once you bought the vehicle. It would take months for any service. Couldn't get an appointment with them since we bought the Tucson a year ago. Left multiple messages for a call back with no luck. Unable to schedule via their app either. The only way for us to get anything done is to physically go down there. Never buying from this dealership ever again. Toyota and Honda are the best. Even Tesla service is way better than these guys and they are horrible so you can imagine how bad this place is. Not sure about the rest of the other dealers around the town. When I finally get to talk to them, they could care less. The first opportunity we get, it's time to sell of this car for service related issues alone."
"My car had a problem with the engine but I found that there's no open slot in two months. I was just asking if I could get help anytime sooner because I didn't want my car to be totally broken down. but they asked me "where did you buy the car?" When they found that I purchased the car from another dealership, they said, "go ask them for help". Is the way they treat their customers? I called other service centers, but no one was saying like that.. even though they also have no open slots in a few months. Instead, some of them kindly provided me with a temporary solution and told me that they will text me if they get an open slot anytime sooner. At least, it's obvious which dealership I would NOT go to when buying a new car.."
