"I have been going to Gordon's shop for 19 years for my NAS 1993 Defender 110. Originally the dealer worked on it for a short period (they sold me warranty) naturally I had them fix everything I could find wrong. When I needed to replace the y-pipe they couldn't get one. I got it from Rovers North, the dealer couldn't figure out how to install it and they told me go to Gordon. They told me most reliable knowledgeable Land Rover mechanic, period. So I did. So far he has always had the ability to find what is wrong, know what's wrong and fix it. A five year old Range Rover can have a ton of issues, a ten year old Discovery more, so imagine a 24 year old truck! Every day is an adventure with a Land Rover. It leaks oil in all the right places, it's loud, sometimes uncomfortable, a workout to drive and it's the best vehicle I have ever owned and I daresay the best I will ever own! Major mods to my truck include converting it to a 300tdi, rear discs, vented discs in front, stronger axles. And improved the handbrake to a more modern version.
