"Had a very bad experience with this shop. Brought my truck in for bumper replacement, Rico took a look and said they can do it. When the job was finished, I discovered that the bumper was installed crooked and uneven. When I asked about it the next day, they told me my frame was damaged, and nobody including Rico bothered to inform me about it while it was in the shop. Rico refused to do anything about it and proceeded to quoted me more money to do more work. Now I’m left with an uneven bumper. The job was poorly done and very poor communications! Terrible customer service."
