"The worst experience the person we dealt with in the beginning was a nice and understanding man the second one was rude not professional at all. Had only one payment more to make when they came and took the car back but charged me 3 time it's retail value to get it back. Charged me for 700 repo fee when the person that came to take the vehicle clearly didn't look like someone professional at all. Worst experience in my life"

"Everyone want to make a buck. Some businesses compromise ethical morality do do that. Two brothers, keen on doing the best job possible, not for the money, but, for the personal satisfaction of doing something right and being there for the client. I shopped around for bodywork on my car. Went to several places. Not wanting to incur the ire of my insurance company, decided to pay for the work out of pocket. I was shocked to learn that body shops prefer business from insurance companies as the profit margin is higher. Paying out of pocket, I learned, was far more costly. That's until I found Spanway Autos, Collision. Two brothers looking to do the right thing. VERY competitive pricing, total commitment to quality work, very ethical, extremely accommodating, professional and meticulous individuals, with an amazing attention to detail. I placed my trust in two brothers, and was rewarded with very fair pricing, amazing work, and a friendship that I know will last. Truly a hidden gem in this jungle of greed. I can't say enough for these guys. Very happy I found them, it was more like a blessing."

"Thieves and liars. We have never posted a poor review on a used car lot before. So...let me skip to the end DO NOT COME HERE. This is a poorly run and managed den of thieves who have no care for their clients. Please note that these 5 star reviews are patent fakes...lots of businesses use them. Stay away!!!!! They had our vehicle 5 WEEKS, didn't compensate for rental car and didn't fix the problem."

"I am disappointed. I bought a truck that Moe said his mechanic checked out . I don't even get home and engine light comes on . I took it to Buckys and 1 and 3 of spark plug wires was wired together. Buckys said front and back brakes was at 20%. The emergency brake cord was missing. Tail light and head light not working. Buckys did tune up to correct misfire. I called Moe and explained what Buckys said. I brought it back to him and his mechanic didn't even take off the tire to check front and rear brakes . Just said look you can see its fine. They did fix the light and tail light. Now I have been calling for days and no one answer the phone to get my plates. I will NEVER go there again."

"DO NOT GO HERE! THESE PEOPLE WILL SCAM YOU. This guy is a scam artist, Great priced vehicles that spend more time in his garage then they do on the road. Terrible communication and doesn’t listen to the problems described to him. Spent weeks working on my brand new to me car and hasn’t resolved the problem in two trips to his mechanic and now he won’t take care of it at all. And it’s called a lemon law, if you were an actual business man you’d know that this car had spent more time in your garbage shop then it has in the road. And of course I’m getting my lawyer involved, you scammed me into broken promises and now won’t even work on the car because I you’re afraid your mechanic will damage more things. Every time it comes from your shop more things are broken on it. Lights, leaks from sun roof you said you’d fix, and from windshield. You’re a terrible person in general and I hope no one falls for your lousy promises."
