"This review is long overdue. I came to Repair Revolution after having a consistently mediocre to poor experience at another business - who recommended a brake change after I came in for headlamp replacement. Knowing that brake jobs can run higher than my current budget allowed, I applied for a Synchrony Credit Card. I couldn't bring myself to go back to that establishment, and did some research on where else I could use the card. Repair Revolution was on the list. This shop had been on my radar for some time, so I decided to check it out. I couldn't have been more pleased with my decision. This has been hands down the best place I have ever gotten my vehicle serviced at. Customer service is on point. I love that there is complete transparency and thorough education (WITHOUT "MAN-SPLAINING") was provided about the condition of my vehicle and WHY they recommended a particular service. As it turns out, my brakes were not in as bad of shape, as I was originally led to believe. I appreciate that Gabe helped me come up with a thorough maintenance plan, and took the time to help me prioritize, and re-prioritize services based on my budget and urgency of recommended repair and overall maintenance. They worked with me to reschedule an appointment that fell on the day of the "Ice Storm of 2022." Their waiting room is super cozy, with a fancy coffee machine, fireplace, WiFi access, a clean bathroom, and other thoughtful touches. It doesn't smell like rubber tires, engine fluids, etc...and is aesthetically pleasing. If in and out, quick and dirty service is what you're looking for, this isn't the place for you. If you want yourself and your vehicle to be well-cared for and treated with the respect you deserve, make an appointment with the friendly and competent team at Repair Revolution!"

"I can't speak highly enough about the folks at Repair Revolution. I've used them three times for everything from a routine vehicle inspection to very involved multi-day repairs on my aging SUV. Every time, they not only tell me what's recommended and the cost, but also WHY I need to have something done. They never make me feel dumb for asking questions. In fact, I feel EMPOWERED to ask questions and make decisions, something I definitely don't feel at other mechanic shops. On my most recent trip, my moderate repair turned into a major safety repair when they uncovered something I didn't know was a problem. (I had, of course, ignored several warning signs that I realized were warnings once they went over it with me.) Despite being incredibly busy, they kept my car for several days to make sure the repair was done accurately and safely. They also worked with me on cost and have a great payment plan you can take advantage of. They're also incredibly responsive and offer lots of ways to get in touch. I appreciate that I can email them when I have a minute at work (rather than waiting on hold on a call like other repair shops), and they'll get back to me quickly. They also text while my car is there for repair, which saves me time and lets me actually digest the information. Everyone I've interacted with has treated me with respect and kindness. Plus, I love that they donate to and are very involved in the community. It's a safe space for people of all backgrounds, and I love that. I recommend this shop to everyone I know and will be a dedicated customer for as long as I'm in the area."

"I stopped in to visit a friend who told me she would be "hanging out" at a car repair shop all day, I offered to give her a ride but she told me not to bother because she had a lot of studying to do. She had told me before how great the mechanics were and how affordable the work was and how it was the inly place she trusted to work on her car. So I relented but thought I would bring her some coffee and good cheer. Well, I/it was probably not needed as I found her relaxing very comfortably in one of the best waiting areas I have ever seen for any service business, much less a car repair business. Their attention to their client's comfort and needs is world class!"
