"Karl and Danny at Meineke are AWESOME!! I will never take my car anywhere else!!! These people are honest and truly care about you!!!! I just moved to Seattle from Montana and was in desperate need of a trustworthy and honest auto mechanic. Unfortunately before I left Montana I went to a locally owned shop and asked if they could look over my car from top to bottom and let me know of any major issues to fix before I drove 600 miles. This unfortunately did not happen, they instead had no idea what they were doing, damaged my vehicle and put my life in danger by “fixing” something that wasn’t broken. Now those parts will need to be replaced and it’s expensive. Then they still took money and never told me of the issue until I noticed my car not driving properly and swerving all over the road. Now I have to get a rental car and a tow hitch for the back of uhaul. Such a mess!!! By the time I got to Seattle and found Karl I was almost as broken as my car. He took great care of me and did the complete diagnosis on the car complete with pictures and notes and order of what should be done first. Karl also discovered that the issue I was told about in Montana was not really a problem and that shop had missed a bad part that could have broke and killed me. "Had a fantastic experience here! I think the guy that helped me was named Jeff, he was quick to offer help and got me in same day for an oil change and tire repair. My tire was unfortunately not repairable but they were quick to offer a suggestion on somewhere else to go to get a tire, along with getting me out of there quickly so I could make my appointment. I plan on returning for future maintenance work."
