"I have spent a couple thousand dollars here in a year Getting my business cars washed. Had been a loyal customer For about six years+ I’ve never had any issues. Took my personal car to get washed And Express Detailed. When returning back to my car, my headphones were missing. I was headed to the gym directly after visiting the car wash And had left them to charge at The front Dash area. After pulling off and immediately discovering That they were gone I turned around and searched my vehicle so many times…. Asked for help even Asked them to review the cameras… the only response was their staff doesn’t steal and they can’t see inside my car on the camera. Followed up with the owner/operator and his response was they test their employees with fake items from time to time.. and no one has ever stolen, and there’s nothing they can do. They were $150 headphones, but I bought them refurbished for around $100. It’s really the principle, sucks I have to buy a new pair and there was nothing classy chassis did to meet me even half way regarding the incident even though I spend so much money here yearly. I have no reason to get over or want anything free. Just wanted them to do what was right or meet me half way. My recommendation would be not to leave anything valuable even for a 30 minute express detail. Or better yet stop supporting them altogether. After frequenting the location for several years I didn’t even think something like this would happen."

"I went today expecting high hopes from a hand car wash service! If I could give 0 stars I would, they claim that they are a hand car wash service and proceeded to use a brush to wash my car didn’t even scrub correctly their new temporary location deserves zero stars plus the zero effort that they gave to dry my car. I paid $40 for something I could’ve done for $5 at any self car wash station. I will never recommend anybody to come here, so stay away from here. Thanks Classy Chassy for the poor service and care for customers personal vehicles. Thanks for all the fingerprint’s, watermark’s, dirt smudge and scratches."

"Multiple items missing from vehicle after detailed. Was not up to par the first time I was told it was done. They kept it for another 2 hours still dirt in spots and wax left in multiple areas. Windows are filthy and smeared. Read the reviews on this place. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years and they lost my business after an AirTag and straps from my vehicle were stolen. Police report filed and will never give them my business again. Sticky fingers and poor quality. If I could give negative stars I would. Update: After speaking with the company president I was given some stolen goods back and money towards the other items but all I heard in the conversation was excuses for the workers. Such as he was tired, he had a bad day, he doesn’t know how to read. All these excuses are irrelevant to the fact that there is theft at this business. I appreciate some funds back but the hassle and poor customer service will guarantee that I never return. CLASSY CHASSIS EMPLOYS THIEVES!"
