"the worst place to buy parts from. they discriminated me not wanted to help me at all. the worker that attended me his name is brent. he didn't want to help had a heavy attitude. i own a shop and i had parts to pickup and he didn't even want to go to the back to check. the manager who's name is brain, was standing right their and did absolutely nothing to help. they both were laughing because my English is not the best and i couldn't explain well. he thought because i was in dirty work clothes and with bad English i was a normal customer. but no i am a shop owner and very disappointed. do not go their to buy they are racist"

"Sonia was a great help!! She helped with my windshield wiper replacement. I accidentally ordered the wrong ones, and she made sure I got the right one and that it was on correctly. Give her a raise!!"

He even took the time to come outside and help me with my Toyota 4Runner! He went above and beyond!! Absolutely the best customer service I’ve had in a long time!!"

"Not helpful at all. Here I am broken down with my mom and small children when we break down on the highway (very dangerous) and we discover we need a new battery so we call asking if there is any possible way for them to bring us a battery, keep in mind we are 0.5 miles away. They said that they will not deliver a battery and even after offered a handsome anount of money. Because of this the only possible way was to walk across the highway which is very dangerous. 0 stars."
