Pick-n-Pull

"Had scheduled for pickup a week ago everything was good to go for 2/14. The driver was supposed to arrive between 12-4pm I called just before 1pm to inquire on arrival as I had an appointment to go to, I was assured there was going to be pick up today. 3pm came I called, (missing my appointment) inquiring again on drivers arrival. It was not until 4:17pm that the driver calls asking several questions and says I need additional paperwork. Pick n pull says if the driver arrives and if no one is present for pick up, that the previous agreed upon price will be lessen what about situations like this? When Pick n Pull doesn't arrive at all, do we get more than the previous agreed upon price? Thanks for a wasting my time and day that I won't get back. Outstanding service"

"Not worth coming here on a weekend, I've never understood why they don't have more staff working the counter on weekends. There's only one cashier checking people in.. and a line of 20+ people just to get in."

"Will update if I have another experience, probably not. There is an admission fee to see if the part is out there. They close earlier than stated on website. Their inventory records suck, they have no clue what's on the cars, so you have to pay to look, and they didn't even have the car they said they had in stock. I've never had to pay an entrance fee at another junk yard. Would recommend somewhere else if you have the option."
