"I went today to get a rear side light for my car. I asked the associate behind the counter, Jaylnn or something similar sounding to that name. He looked very confused and unsure of what a light even was for a vehicle. He seemed annoyed at me for not knowing the exact specs of the light. There was also another individual who worked there with a cigarette hanging from her mouth while working behind the counter. I couldn't believe the unprofessional and disgusting work environment they've created for themselves. I recommend that folks avoid this location."

"I don’t know what kind of employees get hired here but this is the second time in a row I went here and they workers had nasty attitudes. On Tuesday, I walked in after leaving my cousin’s funeral and burial and was just stared at like the worker didn’t understand what customer service is. I can’t remember his name but it was a light skinned black guy. Him and some red-headed guy behind the counter that just kept smirking while the black guy just stood there looking annoyed like he hated his job and didn’t want to help anyone. I asked if someone can help me put my new headlight in that I bought the night before and he gave me a look like he was irritated and said nothing. Instead he grabbed gloves and walked outside, having an attitude the whole time. After he finished, he annoyingly have a thumbs up to let me know he’s done and turned around and walked back into the store. What happened to customer service. Whether he had a bad day or not, THERE IS NO EXCUSE. My family just buried my cousin that day and I still treated him with respect and still even thanked him afterwards. The employees here need extra training or either they never had any kind of training whatsoever! You never know what your customers are going through! Respect and kindness can go a long way! HIRE PEOPLE THAT ACTUALLY WANT TO WORK AND THAT HAVE SOME RESPECT!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!! I’d give zero stars if I could!"

"Great customer service and while they don't have paper funnels for pouring your oil in the engine they are pretty courteous to let you use a loaner funnel."

"I went to this location on Thursday night (10/26/23). There was a female employee smoking directly in front of the entrance, I got to walk through her smoke. Then I entered the store. There was a younger man behind the counter, on his phone. He did not one single time look up from his phone. I made two loops around the store and just walked out. Not once single time did either employee say anything or look at me. No customer service to speak of."

"Steven M. is the BEST! I came in with a battery issue, and alot more going on. He pleasantly, and patiently helped me with ALL my car needs. I would definitely recommend this Auto Zone for your car needs. As most Auto Zones I go to are very helpful, and super friendly!"
