"Looks like others have had good experiences here; unfortunately I didn't. I had an oil change, and the technicians said I had a wheel ball bearing going bad and the engine belts required changing. I know the belts were changed at 87k miles (currently 97k), and after running for a year and going to a second shop, no issues with the wheel bearings came up. I think Moss Alley Motors attempted to scam me. They're good when you know exactly what you need, but beware their 'findings' on inspections."

"The manager was so helpful both on the phone and in person. He showed me how to check the oil in my car free of charge and told me I had to stand up to my dealer who was going to make me do a full multi-point inspection for a case of simple reset of the maintenance minder. He could have taken advantage of my inexperience but didn’t. I’m definitely coming back here next time where I know I’ll be treated honestly and fairly!"
