"The hygienist and doctor were very thorough and told me the results of the exam. They suggested I use my electric toothbrush, water pik, and floss. The hygienist told me my teeth looked better than most patients. That put a smile on my face. And no cavities!"

"I went in because I needed my wisdom teeth removed because of crowding and severe pain that kept me from sleeping and eating. I told this to the receptionist, the nurses, and the dentist himself, and we went throught the whole exam process, x-ray, MRI, only for them to tell me the wisdom teeth aren't a priority and that I should go through 5 grand of other procedures before addressing the wisdom teeth. On top of that, after being sent back to the main lobby, I found out their oral surgeon WASN'T THERE, and is only there ONCE A MONTH. they didn't tell me that once throughout the entire 2 hour visit, knowing full well that was the only reason I was there, really makes me feel like they're just trying to pad a bill and squeeze money out of me. the nurses were very kind and professional though, along with the receptionists, who did try to help me find a location that could help with my wisdom teeth."

"Illegal billing practices and harassment. Actual care was good. Came in for treatment and was given a cost range. Upon completion, was given a bill that I paid in office. At this point, everything was great as I paid an expected amount and received good care. A few months later, I received a bill in the mail asking for more payment for services provided on the original day - this was the first I'd heard of any of the items they were asking me to pay for. Have been unable to resolve after numerous phone calls and will have to pay it to avoid collections. Be very careful before scheduling with this office as you may end up with surprise bills. Save all your receipts."
