"I had two wisdom teeth removed here with Dr. Hamidi and everything was handled with so much care and patience, I couldn’t have asked for a better team. I also got a filling recently with Dr. Silpa and she was amazing! As someone who has tons of dental anxiety, I absolutely love this office and staff. I’d recommend to anyone I know. Thank you so much."
"This is the best dentist office I've ever been to. From reception, to the dental assistants, to the dentists, the service and kindness is highly exceptional. They really care about you and live up to their name, because they really are gentle. Thank you for the positive experiences and more to come!"
"Loved my experience here at the East Ridge Gentle Dental! I came in for a gum procedure and could not be happier with the results! I’ve never had a specialty procedure like this done before and the entire staff put me at ease - everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable and the doctor was very experienced. I’m very happy with how everything healed and the excellent care I received. Exceptional service and highly recommended!"
"If I can give a minus 10 I would. I went in, and I had a simple toothache. My regular dentist wasn't open. So all I needed was to be checked and antibiotics. I told them what I'm allergic to. They changed systems, so they lost my health history. I made sure they knew. They gave me a shot to numb the area to give me relief from the pain and suppose to last 6 hrs. I went home and it was numb but still hurt and my face was a little puffy I thought it was the shot as the night went on the office was closed I picked up my prescription and it was one I'm allergic too. By now, my face is swollen, pretty good. Took Ibuprofen through the night had to go to Urgent care and they gave me antibiotics and anti inflammatory, I missed two days of work and it's been 3 days and the swelling is finally going down a little. I did call them and the hygienists that helped blamed me. Well, you told us what antibiotics no I specifically told what not to give me, and it's not about that. It's the shot you guys hit nerves or something, and she keeped going back to antibiotics. No, I didn't take them. I ended up hanging up. These five star reviews on here have to be paid ones."
"Doctor Silpa and the staff have always taken great care of me. I have some dental anxiety, and she shows me a great deal of patience. She’s very skilled at her work, so it leaves me in good hands. I moved to Seattle, and still have kept her as my dentist four years later. That speaks volumes to my recommendation of her."
