"Rude and unhelpful. Was the only customer in the store and associate seemed bothered we were there. She made minimal effort to help us find what we needed other than pointing. She new the size we needed but offered no assistance in finding options. Hopefully today’s visit was a fluke as I purchase almost all of our kids’ shoes from this store. Extremely disappointed with today’s experience."
