"This place is a really adorable little boutique for children's clothing and toys. They don't have an enormous selection but what they have is very well curated and of high quality without being wildly expensive. The sales people were incredibly friendly and helpful, and very accommodating of children in the store. There was a little play area off to one side that didn't hold anything mind-blowing, but my kids were a big fans. Mine are too old for here now, but whenever I need to pick up stuff for a baby shower or a friend this is where I go for kids stuff now."
"Updated to reflect 15 months post-pandemic: As I mentioned over 2 years ago, my family and I treated our consignment earnings at Beanstalk as an emergency back-up fund. This couldn't have been more true in pandemic life. My husband lost one of his jobs and we had depleted our bank accounts; he STILL hadn't received any unemployment at this point. We had nothing to buy groceries or gas for me to get to work until my next paycheck. We then remembered that we consigned with Beanstalk! I walked into Beanstalk and they gave me a check for around $170 and it was exactly what we needed to get through that time. This is EXACTLY why we consign with Beanstalk; having a nice padding for our budget. Plus, they have wonderful gear, clothing, toys for our kiddos with an amazingly nice staff (at both locations). Thanks Beanstalk! ******************** We've been consigning our child's clothing, gear, books, etc for over two years, at both locations, and it's been an amazing boost to our family budget. The staff have always been friendly, helpful and, if they don't consign an item, they give a detailed explanation as to why. Sometimes they advise you check back later once store inventory goes down. My husband & I call Beanstalk our "Banana Stand", an "Arrested Development" reference, in that there's always money in the "Banana Stand"! Every couple of months we bring in any seasonally appropriate clothes/gear/etc that my child has grown out of & refill that "Banana Stand" budget to use towards my child's next stage's clothing/gear. Huge money & time saver! Love this place!"
"A must for good deals on stylish kids clothes. Great blend of resale and boutique style two locations. Friendly and helpful sales staff, play room for kids, great selection of like new and brand new kids stuff. Consignment is a fantastic option; nearly all my purchases are "free" because I have consignment credit."
"I love this space. My daughter can play while I shop, but I can still keep an eye on her. The clothing selection is pretty small in each size and, and girls styles at least, pretty focused on fancy dresses like most resale. They always have a good selection of high quality shoes and hats and accessories like that. They always have Hanna Andersson training underwear. I have always found the staff to be friendly. My biggest complaint is that things are overpriced. It's definitely the most expensive of the resale shops I've seen."
"My partner and I went here for the first time today to get a few things for our impending son. We found so many good things and the quality of all of the items were like they were brand new and out of the box, very surprising for consignment, especially children's consignment. The sales associate girls were super friendly and wonderfully helpful. We found a My Brest Friend nursing pillow that came with an extra cover for half the price of what you'd find in any big box store, we found a nice onesie for only 1.00$! We also found a pair of socks for 0.50$, a hat for 3.95$, and a package of 4 burp clothes, brand new, for only 6.95$. This place has such great prices and deals if you take the time to dig around and really look. We will definitely be back for future purchases; I highly recommend this store to all parents."
