"I came to this store, by chance, to buy a pair of dress pants, which, due to my very tall proportions, they could not accommodate. But it was not as if they didn’t try. They tried exceptionally hard. And then called all of their local competitors to see if they could find pants that had a long enough inseam to fit me. I was in a hurry. Meanwhile, as they called around, they toured me through the store to an array of exceptionally classy and stylish clothing. In a matter of thoroughness, they discussed how many of the clothes they sell are custom fit, and they spent well over an hour with me, picking out the fabrics and choosing the details of the product that I bought. Exceptional service. And they have scotch to sip on. High class operation."

"Terrible service. I walked in the other day hoping their summer sale was still happening as I had been there within the last couple of weeks. I was hoping to be lucky enough to find a short sleeved shirt for a function I'm attending to this weekend in a very hot location (over 95F). As I entered two of the three staff gave looks of disdain and the person with the glasses came over to ask what I was looking for. I said, "hoping you might have a short sleeved linen button up with a heavier weight". I was shown the ugliest pink chambray long sleeved shirt. Told that this is the best they had in "my size". I may be a broad shouldered man but I don't think anyone can accurately guess a person's size while in two layers of outerwear. I came here expecting decent service and was given really lackluster attention for a store that had no visible customers and three employees crowded behind the store counter."

"Jerry was amazing! She helped us pick out a suit off the rack and took my husbands measurements. We just went back today to see how it fit after their in-house alterations, and it was almost perfect. We also enjoyed the complementary drinks (wine and whiskey). I would recommend this location for anyone looking for a suit. Thank you so much Jerry for your friendliness and recommendations. You made it stress free and fun!"
