"The experience I had at this location was utterly disgusting. As a dual military family that just arrived in this state, we went to this location to look for coats/jackets and were met with discrimination from the time we walked in the door to the time we left. The Caucasian gentleman with long hair and the older Caucasian female made us extremely uncomfortable. We returned in uniform and were treated like decent human beings (which is what makes it more upsetting). Discrimination is unacceptable whether you assume the customers have money or class, do better."

My husband brought in ski boots he inherited and Chris tried all kinds of things to help them fit better, we ended up ordering new boots after Chris fitted him and recommended some options. He also took the time to explain and share tips about boot fitting. The boots were in store by the end of the week. Very personalized service :)"

"99.5 % of the Brand Name merchandise here is made in Vietnam, China, Indonesia, Philippines, ect. Including your beloved REI Co-Op brands. Google “REI Co-Op brands Factory List.” REI is just another corporation getting rich from sweatshop labor in less fortunate countries. Off shore manufacturing gives them a bigger profit with no savings to you. How much do you think that $300 jacket costs them? The Chinese manufacturer sells it to them For $50. They sell it to retailers like REI for $100 and then REI jacks up the price. Then you all flip out when they go on sale for $250. Boycott this store. American made only! Remember, American made means better quality everything, we were once the world leader in manufacturing and engineering. So you may pay more but you’ll get much better quality."
