"Decent sized store, and very clean. Helpful staff and quick service when shoe/boot shopping! I will say I wish there was a better selection for women's boots (or smaller men's sizes) and there's a lot to be desired for plus size women's work pants and bibs. Overall, I'd visit again."

"12/12/23 around 7PM After trying both Sportsman’s Warehouse and Bass Pro with no luck, I stopped by to see if they had any Xtratuf boots in stock. Thankfully they did! The woman who helped me was SO attentive and friendly, she truly went above and beyond and really made my day."

"If I could give 10 stars I would! I brought some boots back in for a return since they were a little too small. I had worn them outside, so they could have told me to “take a walk”, and not exchange them, but instead they totally took care of me and now I have boots that fit! Specific shout out to Algie in shoes and Forrest the assistant manager for saving the day. This is the only place I will ever shop for boots and work clothes, you guys are awesome!!"

"I am quite disappointed with the customer service from the manager at this store. I bought a pair of work shoes not even one month prior and unfortunately the shoes started to fall apart. I was aware that is was considered “normal wear and tear” (the heels completely rubbed out and were causing blister) but after one month (original purchase date 7/18) I was pretty disappointed with my purchase. Before I even had a chance to explain my situation the manager told me he could not help me. Now, I was by no means asking for a refund but I had another pair of shoes in mind I was interested in purchasing because these were just not working for me. When I told him I would just take my business elsewhere he changed his tone and say he could help me out. After placing the order for the shoes I wanted, he told me he would call me when they arrived at the store. We confirmed they were in stock with Keen and it should not be more than 14 days. Well, here we are 3 weeks later and not even a return call. I ended up purchasing the shoes directly from Keen and they arrived at my house in 3 days. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on."
