"Last night, I had my fiancé go pick up some wingstops. Keep in mind that I had a granola bar and some other snacks earlier in the day. Well, it’s about 6 o'clock, and I have my lemon pepper wings and fries, and they were good—a little greasy but good. Well, fast forward about an hour, and I notice abdominal cramping. Then I’m full on having diarrhea, throwing up, and running a fever. This went on all night; I couldn’t keep anything down. I’m writing this the next day, and I’m in so much pain and having a raging headache. My whole body is aching, and I’m trying to keep fluids down. DO NOT RECOMMEND UNLESS U WANT FOOD POISONING!"

"Beyond horrible experience. We live 30 minutes away and started to enjoy the fries to discover they were cold (we arrived exactly at time the app said our food was done) and then got home to discover half our order wasnt given to us. Never have these types of issues at the other Vancouver location. Won't return to this location and would like our money back...not to mention ruining our dinner."

"Been to this location a few times. I can't say the service is as bad as others have said in their reviews. They're a counter-service restaurant and I don't always get amazing service to begin with at those types of restaurants. We ordered to eat-in and they still packed up all our stuff, as if they didn't want us to stay. The 15 pc wings could've been divided into two separate containers since there were two flavors but they decided to stack them on top of the other with a paper liner into one container. Annoying to eat. Especially since we were eating in without plates or trays. The wings were good, hot, nice crunch and the tables were clean though."
