"A sweet girl named Sadie helped my husband as best as she could to try and find the right boots. Although we didn't find the exact pair that fit him just right (we have gone to 6-7 stores to find a pair of work boots) she was doing her best and was patient but also wasn't pushy. It was nice and clean inside too."

"I know they never carry everything they sell in store, just based on demand for the area. However I was so impressed and happy to see a great selection of worksite shoes, and flame retardant pants. I mean there's a whole wall of shoes for any kind of need you may have. We were having a hard time finding FR gear elsewhere and were relieved. Boyfriend loves the fit of his gear and is confident he will be set up for his workday. I have trusted Ariat for farm chore and workshop wear for years. I'm happy to see they have worthwhile work equipment for industrial employees that doesn't skimp. The employee there was so nice, ready to help, and actually seemed to know a bit about the clothing. She was more enthusiastic to help us than some we've experienced at workwear stores in the same strip mall that will remain unnamed for my review . It's a shame we have to drive over the river the get there but it's worth it. Will be back here again next time we need specific work items."

"The customer service associate originally told me that I only had to spend $100 for a rebate and assured me that I just needed to go online to redeem it since they didn't have a rebate form on hand. Then I go online an found out that they lied about it and they wouldn't do anything to fix it afterwards. Don't trust anything their service reps are saying, they just want to make their sale but they don't actually know what they are talking about"
