"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Waited in line forever only to be told I CANNOT RETURN AN UNOPENED ITEM "PER POLICY." I opened my phone and asked them to find that in their policy and MANAGER didn't have the competency to find that so called policy. I would rather go ANYWHERE else than this trash can. Waste of time and money."

"Wow named brand clothing for a third of the cost. It is super cheap and well worth it to shop at. All of the clothing is in current styles, not out dated. And there's a variety of things from clothing to shoes to kitchen items and home decor. The sleepwear section is very nice and carries fancy brands. Four paws up for me who walked out with great clothing that didn't break the bank."

"If it was possible to put 0 stars I would. I come here every time I am in town which is about every other week and this time was just terrible. The cashier that helped me was the worst “Victoria” was just plain rude and unhelpful I purchased quite a bit and she looked very frustrated I understand they are busy so I try to make small talk to make things go by smoothly which was all ignored. I will definitely not be coming back."

"I had a interview at this Ross that was scheduled for a Monday. Unfortunately I had a personal emergency happen to me so I called the manager that Monday morning to reschedule. The manager was understanding and reschedule for two days later on Wednesday. I showed up on Wednesday right on time and dress to impress. I met the hiring manager and she proceeded to ask me a few basic questions. Then she tells me well since you didn't come to your original scheduled interview I went ahead and hired someone else. That's fine I understand she went and hired someone else, but come on she should of called me and told me that. Instead of wasting my time by coming there. Some people can be so inconsiderate and only think of themselves"
