"Let's break this down step by step. First the food is disgusting, everything is way too seasoned, I was given a 25-minute wait window with a pregnant woman in the car waiting for food sitting in an uncomfortable seat. They didn't get my food out for 45 minutes. Other customers came and gone with their food within 10-15 minutes but my food took 40 for whatever reason. Next the service, the service there was deplorable, you've got someone at the register who has absolutely no voice at all. They're always running off doing something instead of taking orders or helping you with your order. They spend more time yammering on very loudly about other employees instead of tending to customers. The atmosphere was the worst I've seen in a restaurant in a long time. These guys in the kitchen are playing music so loud you can't even hear yourself think. Much less communicate to the person taking my order what my order is. I had to correct her five different times because she repeated my order back to me incorrectly. Because of the loud music that the guy was playing back in the kitchen when he would start talking about other employees in a very awful way, everyone in the restaurant could hear it. I would be surprised if the people who were in the bathroom didn't hear what this guy was saying. I would be completely embarrassed to work there. I felt a great deal of secondhand embarrassment for all of the employees trying to work around this guy. Because no one was working with him. All in all service sucked atmosphere sucked and food sucks I will always and continue to go to the Wingstop out in Hazel Dell. Those guys know what they're doing they're following whatever policies Wingstop has set up, and these guys here on Mill plain are just terrible. My advice to Wingstop shut the place down."

"Amazing service! I'm not too entirely sure why the reviews on this location are the way that they are. I ordered BBQ and the Korean boneless wings with a side of seasoned fries. The lady that helped me was named Mariah and she did an amazing job and seemed very knowledgeable about the prices of extra seasonings and sauces. The staff whole staff was friendly and got orders out very quickly, especially since there was a surge of orders that came in from the time I was there. I waited to order my extra seasoning since I had asked after I placed my online order and was shocked to see how poorly the employees were treated by customers. I'm surprised with how entitled people felt to put the employees down. It's common decency to be nice, I wouldn't have put up with it as professionally as the staff did! I waited about 5 minutes and got my seasoning and went about my day. I come here frequently and will be coming back within the month! My food was ready by the time I got there, everything was hot and delicious."

"Horrible service, waited about 40 mins for semi okay food. Very irritated with the workers yelling about other workers not doing their share of the work. meanwhile, what I believed to be a shift lead inputting a new employees info into the system in the far corner, she's having employees come up to her and talking negatively about other employees. Overall, it's just unprofessional. Turn down the music, blaring loudly so employees are screaming customers' names out, just not welcoming. This was my 2nd time trying this location, and it will be my last. I'm a huge Wing Stop fan, I love the Hazel Dell location. They are always clean and professional"

"We ordered 15 classic wings at 4:11pm online order they said 13-18mins wait but when my husband picked wings up several people were waiting wings and people were mad and cranky. Today is National Champion day (Go Huskies! Go DAWG!) so wingstop was a busy. my husband gets the wings around 4:50pm people might be waiting longer than 18mins. So wingstop app or online ordering system must be changed for customers. Tell them true times, how many people are waiting lines and you can copy the Domino pizza app too they’re really good and true time for customers But wings are great and delicious. My husband favorite flavor is a Garlic Parmesan wings. My favorite flavor is a Korean BBQ. Fries are yummy too. And watching a football game with family."

"I did place an order for lunch online 2 hours prior, when I came in I waited an additional 15 minutes for it. Bummer since my lunch is only 30 mins long, hence why I did an online order. When I grabbed my cup to fill, I found the station to be very dirty and unkept."
