"Only here to let everyone know that Killer Burger is next to this lack of customer service food establishment. This specific Chipotle will destroy the name of other Chipotles. Not even a simple greeting from the first person we saw and then when getting all the way to the front the first thing the young lady said with a snarky attitude “We only have one serving of Barbacoa meat nothing else and we don’t plan on making anymore” So much for craving Chipotle after a flight and walking into this building. I REPEAT KILLER BURGER IS RIGHT NEXT DOOR and not just the first person that sees you but everyone that looks at you will greet you and you get to have a great day. What a concept…"

"We walked into the store and the two workers in front looked riiiight at us and kept working and talking amongst themselves. Not one time were we greeted. Not even a "welcome or someone will be right with you". Two mire customers walk in and still no greeting. Finally the girl confers up, pulls her hat up and pushes her hair back with gloves on. She says what can I get for ya? I said you can change them gloves FIRST. At this point my fiancee looks at me and asks if I want to go somewhere else and I said YES!! NEVER AGAIN will I take my business to this particular chipotle. Disgusting!! Needles to say, we went next door to Killer Burger where we for EXCELLENT customer service as son as we opened the door!! Kudos to their workers and management!!"

"Very old food. Out of key ingredients like grilled vegetables in the middle of the day. Totally atypical for a chipotle. I LOVE a good chicken or beef Chipotle burrito or bowl. This particular location is just awful. I didn’t include a photo because I didn’t want to annoy the employee behind the counter. I did ask if they had ingredients cooking and I’d wait for them so they could make my order … she just responded, “no, we aren’t cooking vegetables now.” I asked how they make burritos without them… she said, we just don’t offer them and if someone asks, we just tell them they aren’t available. Really?"

"Used to be better. Every time I go in I get less than a full portion of meat and today I literally watched them shake some out of the full portion. Food is lacking freshness. Seems like the employees are more concerned about their duties and discipline than customer service but still cannot get the food right. Highly disappointed and especially at the price now days."

"There's a lot of bad reviews... but during the early months of this place opening, I visited several times and it was chaotic. However now it has improved so much. The employees are cheerful and fun, the manager is always helpful and the food has improved a lot. Definitely would say to give this place a second chance if you haven't been in a while. It gets super busy but that's chipotle and this place is worth it."
